Digital business card
A business card that brings the lead back to you
Every rep gets a company-branded digital card with a QR code. The other person scans it with their own phone, saves the contact, opens your catalogues and can share their details back. Those arrive as a new lead with the consent they gave. With no signal, the QR switches by itself to carry the contact, so a scan still works.
What it does
What you get
A QR that works with no signal
Online, the code opens your card page. Offline, it switches by itself to hold the contact, so the visitor can still save it.
Share-back becomes a lead
The visitor types their details on your card page. They arrive as a lead, with the consent they gave, and you are told by email.
Catalogues on the card
The card page lists your company's catalogues, so a visitor can open the right one before they have left the stand.
Your brand, set once
An admin sets the colour and logo. Reps change only their title, phone and one line of text.
A card for each company
A rep who sells for more than one company in a group has a card for each, and details shared from a card become a lead for that company.
Nothing to install
The card page opens in the visitor's browser. No app, no sign-in, and your privacy link is on the page.
How it works
Step by step
For the visitor who would rather scan than swap paper.
- 01
Open My card
It is one of the five tabs. The QR is ready, with or without signal.
- 02
The visitor scans it
Your card page opens in their browser, in your company's colours.
- 03
They save your contact
One tap adds you to their phone's contacts.
- 04
They share their details
Name, company, email and phone, with the consent wording your company chose.
- 05
The lead appears
It arrives in your leads as “Shared their details”, ready to qualify.
Good to know
What it does not do yet, said plainly
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and NFC cards, are planned.
- The card page shows only what is on the card. It does not track visitors.
- Share-back needs the visitor to be online. Saving the contact from the offline QR does not.
Questions
Digital business card: what people ask
Does the visitor need to install an app?
No. The QR opens a normal web page in the visitor's browser. They can save your contact, open your catalogues and share their own details without installing or signing in to anything.
Does the QR code work without internet?
Yes. When the rep's phone has no signal, the QR switches by itself from a link to the contact's details, so the visitor's camera can still save the contact. Sharing details back needs the visitor to be online.
What happens when a visitor shares their details?
They arrive as a new lead for the rep whose card was scanned, marked as shared from the card, with the consent the visitor gave. The rep is emailed and can qualify and follow up in the usual way.
Can each company in a group have its own card design?
Yes. Each company sets its own colour and logo, and a rep who sells for several companies has one card for each. Details shared from a card become a lead for that card's company.
