Teams and dashboards

See every team and rep while the day is still on

Managers see what their reps capture as it happens: how many leads, how many are qualified and hot, pipeline by currency, and how quickly each lead got its first message. They can hand leads to the right person, nudge the ones going cold and export the list.

What it does

What you get

  • One set of numbers

Every figure is counted from the same leads, so the parts add up to the total and to the list underneath it.

  • Targets for each event

Set a target for leads, for qualified leads and for pipeline. The Overview shows progress against each while the event runs.

  • Assign and share out

Hand one lead or fifty to a person, or split them across a team: each goes to whoever has the fewest open. Undo for two minutes.

  • Hot leads still waiting

The longest wait is at the top, each with a Nudge button. The nudge is written in the lead's history and sent to its owner.

  • Built for groups

Owners, company and branch admins, sales managers and teams. Everyone sees their own leads and those of the people below them.

  • Audited

Every admin change, handover and export is written to the audit log, with who did it and when.

How it works

Step by step

Set the event up once. The numbers then keep themselves.

  1. 01

    Add the event

Name, dates, venue, city and stand, with targets for leads, qualified leads and pipeline.

  2. 02

    Reps capture

Each lead is tagged with the event and the company it is for, on the stand, with or without signal.

  3. 03

    Open the Overview

On a desktop or on your phone. Narrow it by event, company or branch, team and period.

  4. 04

    Act on what you see

Hand leads on, nudge the hot ones nobody has touched, and open any rep's list.

  5. 05

    Export

The same leads as a spreadsheet, with times in your workspace's time zone.

In detail

The parts people ask about

The manager's phone

My team shows today's leads, hot leads, overdue tasks and who has checked in, team by team. Tap a person to open their leads. New leads that need an owner wait at the top with one button to hand them on.

  • Split evenly across a team in one tap
  • The new owner is told, in their language
  • Open tasks move with the lead

Good to know

What it does not do yet, said plainly

  • The Overview needs a connection. Reps' own Today, Leads and Tasks screens work with no signal.
  • A scheduled post-event report as a PDF, and emailed daily digests, are planned. The spreadsheet export holds the same leads today.
  • Reminders have no quiet hours yet: they are sent when they come due.

Questions

Teams and dashboards: what people ask

Can managers see leads during the exhibition, not after it?

Yes. The Overview updates as reps capture. It shows leads against the event's target, qualified and hot leads, pipeline by currency, leads by hour and how quickly each lead received its first message.

How are leads assigned to salespeople?

A manager selects one lead or many and hands them to a person, or splits them across a team so each goes to whoever has the fewest open. The new owner is told, the lead's open tasks move with it, and the handover can be undone for two minutes.

What happens if nobody follows up a hot lead?

After one day with no call, email or message, the lead appears on its owner's reminder. After two days a hot lead is sent to whoever is above the owner. Managers can also nudge the owner with one tap.

Can a group with several companies share one workspace?

Yes. SEL XP models a group as companies and branches, each with admins, sales managers and teams. A rep can sell for more than one company, each lead is tagged with the company it is for, and people see their own records and those of the people below them.

Can I set a target for an exhibition?

Yes. Each event can have three targets: leads, qualified leads (hot and warm) and pipeline in one currency. The Overview shows progress against each when you choose that event.
