Who we are
This website is run by Lucidarc Digital FZCO (LucidArc), Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@lucidarc.ae.
What this website collects
If you only read the site: nothing that identifies you. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself, so your browser is not sent to third parties.
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, which include an IP address and the browser's description. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.
The exhibitions calendar keeps your filter choices in the page address so that you can share a filtered view. They are not stored anywhere else.
If you ask for a demo or a quote
The form asks for your name, work email, company, and optionally a phone number, your team size, your CRM, your next exhibition and a message.
- Why: to reply to you, arrange the demo and prepare a quote. We do not use these details for anything else and we do not sell them.
- Where they go: the form sends them to us by email through our mail provider. The website itself does not keep a copy.
- How long: we keep the conversation while we are in touch with you and for as long as a business relationship needs. Ask and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Event pages link to organisers' and venues' own websites, and add-to-calendar links open your calendar provider. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to hello@lucidarc.ae. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we ever add analytics to this site, we will say here what it collects before we switch it on.
